• Classes are to be renewed monthly, on the date of original purchase.
• No Long Term Commitment
• Cancellations to be submitted via email (info@beehivepolestudio.com) 21 days before your next billing cycle, no exceptions.
• One month membership on hold fee - $25
• Single Guest Pass for new members only, please request reservation via email one week in advance of the class

• Check-in: Please check in on the iPad when entering the main studio.  
• Jewelry: Please remove all hand and neck accessories. Accessories damage poles.
• Shoes: Please remove your shoes, dance heels are allowed.
• Clean your pole: Please wipe pole down before and after your practice.
• Pole Supplies: Please bring your own grip, hand towel and yoga mat.
• Mirrors: For safety and cleaning purposes, please do not lean on or touch the mirrors. 
• Filming: Please only record during the designated times. 
• Crash mat: Please do not drag the crash mat, wipe crash mat before and after use

• No Show/No Cancelation: $5
• Freeze One Month Membership: $25

• Class Reservations: due to the limited capacity, please reserve your spot through our Website, our Beehive Pole Studio App or Mindbody App. We do not accept walk ins at the moment. 
• Early Cancellations: We keep our classes one student per pole. If you are unable to attend class, please cancel 12 hrs in advance, if so you will be able to reschedule the class.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel within a 12 hr window, unfortunately the class pass will be taken automatically by the system, no exceptions. 
• No Show-No cancel Fee: $5.00 fee will apply if you do not show and do not cancel 1 hr prior to your class. 
• Schedule Changes: All class times and teachers are subject to change at Beehive's discretion.
• Expiration Date: Please check the expiration date on your purchase. No extensions/no exceptions. 
• Age requirements: The minimum age requirement to attend a class is 18 years old.
• Purchase Policy: All sales are final. No refunds. 
• Forgotten items: Studio is not responsible for any items left behind.
