1. Use the studio at your own risk. All users are responsible for maintaining proper health precautions set by current public health guidelines; violations may result in termination of rental without refund.
2. Current maximum occupancy of studio Bee is 2 individuals, and Main Studio 28 guests. Please email the names and email addresses of guests who will be joining you for your rental.  All individuals are required to sign a waiver before entering the studio. No individuals under the age of 18 are allowed inside the studio.
3. Users will be held responsible for any damage of studio that occurs in the duration of the rental.
4. All packages expire within 3 months after their first use.
5. You are responsible of all your guests sign the waivers before entering the studio

You will receive an email with your key code one hour before your rental. This code will unlock the key box that contains the key to open the studio. The studio should be open and available for you at your scheduled time.
In the rare event the studio is not open, we will text you a provisional code to access the key and get inside.

We provide:

• A Bluetooth Beehive speaker
• 1 crash mat
• Pole sanitizer and sprayer bottles
   

Please help us keep the space clean and organized:

• Wipe down all poles and the dance floor before and after use 
• Return the crash mat and sprayer bottles to their original place
• Make sure to turn off all lights and the A/C before leaving
  An additional $20 fee will be charged if lights or A/C are left on
